Which Scope would be best for HFT

I know this has been asked before and I have a good idea of what I am going to get but I just want to see if anyone else besides who I have spoken with has owned these scopes and which one would be the best to outfit my new gun with.

I am looking to purchase one within the next couple days and I do own one of the leapers that is one the gun I use now but I am wondering if the sidewinder is worth the extra 150 it will cost. I seem to be having trouble ranging somewhat with the leapers now out past say 40 yards. I know at 16x it is going to be hard with any scope but if anyone has owned these and can give me some insight if the hawke does a little better job at it. I also want to know if the hawke has a 16x marking on it if anyone knows.

I have the Hawke AIRMAX 4-16  I also have the AIRMAX 6-24 the both decent after 40 yards they also come with a side wheel that can be easily  removed for transportation I think they are both good for the money they also make a 8-32
