Need a recommendation on who to shorten, thread and prep a barrel

I have a new project headed my way and will need a .177 CZ barrel shortened (breech end) threaded and prepped.  Any recommendations on who to do the work?

I'd call Dave Slade or Chet Pauls to see if they do such work.  If not, then I would call the local gunsmiths and see if they could help you.  I've had really good success with local gunsmiths on airguns.  Not tunes mind you, but actual gunsmithing projects such as cracked stocks and metalwork.

This is the fellow that actually got me into airguns. Take a look at his work. That pic of threaded barrel is a Savage Axis. The guy was getting 11/2" @ 100yrds. Spiro slugged, cut/ crowned at tight spot. Threaded, made the knurled cover. Now 1/2" from owner & factory ammo. Firearm Air gun Smith Spiro is same guy who built the .308 I mentioned long ago. 5 shots in .312 @ 200 yards. Obsessive on perfection. He doesn't advertise as he doesn't need to. His prices are fair & his work is the best I've ever seen in his skill set. He's the reason I've kept my .177 Discovery for 12 years now.
