Impact Distance Help

Hi,

I have an M3 Impact, and I need to get my shots to at least 200 yards. I am good at 100 yards now, but the crows recognize me from a distance and fly off before I can get a shot off. 

I have asked a big company to help me, and they can't because they say they don't have a range that far, so any help is appreciated.

To be transparent, I do not have the time to do a bunch of trial and error. I barely get out to shoot as it is, so I'm really looking for someone I can send my setup and have them dial it in for for me. I know I need to pay for this.

Depending where you are in California… In Northern California you might be able to contact Scott of Motörhead Tuning through https://sites.google.com/site/sacvalleyairgunclub/. I think he is in Placerville. There are others in that club who might do it as well. Actually, contact the club nearest you and they will have names nearby. Hope you get those crows.

Shooting crows at 200 yds with any air rifle might be a real cr*p shoot! Between the pellet or slug drop, and the base accuracy, trying to hit a kill zone on a crow might work, but be tough. This guy makes it look easy, but you have to remember that he's using a really specialized gun built for it.

How about a hunting blind?

Taking crows at 100 yards reliably is quite a feat. 👍
