Hi,

I own two Edgun rifles, a Matador R3 .30 gen 2 and a Matador R3M Standard .25 cal.

I want to install the new Huma Power regulator that Edgun West (Brian) is selling, to increase the power and use the JSB Heavies 34 grains.

Does someone did the change? how was the results?

Alex,

I’ve installed the Huma power kit in two Edguns; a .25 R3M Standard & a .25 R3 Long.

It definitely does the trick for getting the R3 Matador’s power up to shoot the 34 grainers. I like it.

The Standard would be best, IMO, set to 880 fps (reg set at about 138 bar or so). You could get about 25 shots from a 220 bar fill.

The Long I have is set to 905 fps (reg is set to 127 bar) I get about 32 shots from 220 bar fill. Love it. It’s very accurate with the Edgun 34 grainers.

Thanks for your answer! ..I can read reviews or watch YouTube videos, but I needed a trusty first hand opinion ?

I will also, follow your advice on the reg setting (138 bars), for my standard one.
