Here's one... The engine is my broken stock pre-safefty R7 in a ARH HW30 stock...

The front sight is a Lyman...
Now to find a suitable chamber oil...
...the breech block rear sight cannot be lowered enough to use that very low line of sight Lyman. The Williams peep FP GR will work, but may mar the stock a bit...
@teleamp this is what I did and it works since you also have high like Front sight !
I love that skinny old German finger-groove stock! IMHO it's really better-suited to the HW 30's compact action; making the rifle slimmer, lighter, and better-balanced (a bit more muzzle-heavy which I like).
Not that there's anything wrong with the more modern and fancier-looking HW 30 / R7 line, mind you, I just kinda like the old ones.
